Scots Bay
Scots Bay is located on the gently curving embayment at the entrance of the Minas Basin. It has have shelving beaches of firmly packed sand and mud, with coarse gravel and boulder fringes at the high water line. The shores of the Basin yield a rich trove of semi precious minerals and fossils.
